Uh... hmmmm.. I've got some carbide side-cutting gizmos I got from the
Boeing company store a long time ago that probably could do the gross
cutting, and the metal looks pretty thin. The problems seem to be to
make the shutter work properly in both modes and having
the "outside" image not muck things up (the inward image in a slide looks
easy, but the outside of the outside image doesn't (recall, neat and tidy)).
Easiest conversion might be converting it into a FED projector. Anybody
got one for sale cheap? :-)
