That's not funny.
When did I say or indicated in any way that I was (have been) upset
when another photographer's image beats out mine?  I try to do a good
job but I often lose to others who do a better job (like it happened 
tonight in Detroit) but NEVER in my life have complained about that.

Actually, that particular night, it was one of MY images that beat
my "quick, etc...snapshot" (the full story is in the digest BTW.)  
It was a carefully composed single camera slide macro shot of a few 
CDs on a McDonald's Halloween backet.  That macro won first place 
with perfect score.  I still prefer the "quick, etc." spontaneous 
picture of my niece. -- George
