Re: Picking on Dr. T
Thanks Grant for the support!
I would like to politely ask Gabriel and Paul to spend their time
more productively elsewhere than trying to analyze my personality!
I am particularly annoyed when statements are made about me that are
totally incorrect. Like the list that follows:
>Dr.T preferred the 5p format and not both formats.
>Not only did he mention he preferred the 5p format but tried to convert
>people to 5p when someone mentioned they prefered 7p.
>It's good to see George
>is open to new ways of doing things, albeit kicking and dragging,
>I think only now is Dr.T
>coming to this way of thinking and not thinking the Realist is the world.
>Example, remember when he said he
>doesn't like viewing 3D pics in books and only finds 3D slide mount
>viewing enjoyable.
I have always supported the Realist and the 5p format (and I still do)
especially from people like yourself who tried to reduce its value.
I have used both 5p and 7p for my photography and I still do. Yes, I do
prefer prints over slides for my very own personal photography but I
have a very large collection of view cards and I collect (and absolutely
LOVE) books and magazines about stereo photography, and/or illustrated
with stereo pictures. I am not narrow-minded and don't "kick and drag".
I am still skeptical about your VM viewer conversion. You want to
convince me? Send me one (on loan). I will give you (and the list) my
honest opinion.
