Hotfoot adapter

Does anyone have information about the adapter that
Reel 3-D sells for Realist cameras? The catalog says
you can put the adapter on the camera, attach a regular
flash attachment to that with a pc wire and it works.
Has anyone tried this? Does it give correctly colored
photos inside?
