|Yes the adapter works.  It does not affect the color of photos as it is only 
|a shoe adapter for the flash.  You must use a flash that allows the 
|connection of a pc cable however to make this work.

Ouch! NO NO

- There is a completely reversable modification to get strobe use
out of the "standard" hot shoe on the Realist. I'll post some details
regarding screw sizes, etc, when I get caught up on my e-mail.
