1997 NSA Hackers Haven

Call for camera builders, people who modify cameras, people who repair
cameras, owners of modified cameras, or theoreticians for NSA 1997.


I have an ok for 3-4 hours of prime time on Saturday during the upcoming
NSA in Bellevue for a gathering of people who like to swap ideas and
modify stereo cameras. I need to put together a small organization
committee, arrange for a few keynote speakers, and build up a list of
people willing to bring along their favorite projects to share with other
like minded folks. 


So, are you:


1. Willing to make a presentation? On what subject?

2. Willing to informally show and tell re a stereo project (and if so,
what)?

3. Are you willing to formally or informally tutor people re stereo design
and construction (theory and/or techniques.)

4. Are you willing to do a demonstration(s) on a specific area of
fabrication (and if so, what?)

5. Are you willing to help set up and recruit people?

6. Would you be interesting in attending such an event?


I see it being a few major presentation, then a series of concurrent small
workshops at different stations within the room, but I'm open to ideas.


I know it seems early, but it's time to get moving if we're going to have
a quality program.
