Realist 7P clarification

One clarification: I mentioned about switching lens' plates between
Realists. It should be noted that due to differences in focal lengths
between pairs of lenses, each camera is adjusted to match the set of
lenses put in it. One could change lens' plates but the focus should
be checked and/or adjusted as needed. Many repairmen (including "Mr.
Realist" ;) Ron Zakowski) can do that.

I have not mentioned two minor problems of the 5p -> 7p conversion:

1. The double-exposure prevention mechanism must be removed due to
the need of space. This is a blessing for me since I rarely double-
expose by accident and when I did need to double exposure, I had a
heck of a time pulling the lever at -20C!!!

2. The viewfinder is simply mofidied by rotating the viewfinder mask
by 90 degrees. This switches from the slightly "portrait" Realist
orientation to a slightly "landscape" orientation but does not cover
the 7p. Some viewfinder lens' replacement might be needed but, at
the present time I am just taking pictures knowing that I do not see
the entire 7p frame.

PS. The viewfinder mask is the piece of black plastic in front of the
viewfinder, Check the one in your Realist. It should be in portrait
orientation and leveled. I've seen cases where inexperienced people
put this wrong causing slightly tilted pictures. Also, I have seen
one case where this was rotated 90 deg, in a regular camera!
