I am personally relieved to hear that Sam is not crazy!  Really, I could
find no theory compatible with his description of symptoms but never
thought of the "film from hell" theory, as a matter of fact, this is the
first time I hear about it!  So, Sam, before you say anything bad about my
beloved TDC projector, check your rotten film base first !!!;););) - George
