YES, YES !!!! Finally someone to prove I was not crazy. I forgot to post
this, but I had been using a particular slide for my testing that was in a
5P mount. When I switch to a 7P slide the problem disappeared. Since
adjusting the lens width was my only change, I could only assume it was an
alignment problem. After a lot of tinkering, I finally just tried another 5P
slide and PRESTO! no problem.
The slide was actually a B&W tranny I'd made from Graphic Arts film or Tech Pan.

BEST OF P3D list !!!!!!
