I can, occasionally, freeview with my contacts on. Since I cannot focus
five inches in front of my face without lenses or glasses, there is no
way for me to freeview without. It takes an exceptional effort, and
while it might become easier with practice, I usually resort to a viewer.
For me, smaller images are better, although I can freview a standard
size stereoview card on a good day.
