Sphinx in 3D

OK OK the condition of the sphinx's nose hasn't anything to do with 3D
Copyright as a main thread is also pretty weak, but......
I have put up a (not so great) holmes type stereoview taken around the
turn of the century. Check it out at.

Now that I have put it up and it's a 3D pic I have managed to be able
to comment on the sphinx by this loophole. ;-)
First, Dr.T refers to the sphinx as a she, I think it's a he.
Second, have I broken any copyright laws by first copying it and
then "publishing" it on the net?

Gabriel going to consult with a lawyer regarding loopholes and copyrights.
