Shutter speed markings; Realist 2.8

I am trying to figure out whether or not my new Realist has
the 1/200 shutter speed without running a roll of film through
it. It has other characteristics which lead me to suspect that
it does.

I notice that when I turn the shutter speed dial on my 3.5
it starts to get an increased resistance (IncR) at around f1/50,
but on my other Realist the increased resistance is halfway
between the 1/25 and 1/50 marks which leads me to suspect it is
really a 1/200 second max shutter.

What are the markings on a Realist with the 1/200 shutter
speeds compared to that of a Realist with a 1/150 shutter?--
In other words, is the 1/50 mark on a 1/200 max shutter dial
the same place as the halfway mark between the 1/25 and the 1/50
marks on a 1/150 max shutter dial?

What is your shutter speed and where does the IncR start on
your Realist? And does your Realist tend to overexpose or
under expose?

I have a theory:
Those whose IncR starts before the 1/50 would tend to underexpose
and those whose IncR starts after the 1/50 would tend to
overexpose.

Inquiring minds would like to know,
