I am with Greg in this one. I believe that laws have a reason to exist and
common sense is above the law. I will continue to take pictures of
strangers (who do not appear to mind it) for my personal collection of
stereo images. Some of those might find their way in competitions or other
public showings. I will continue to photocopy out of print books for my
own private information database. As long as I know that I am not hurting
anyone in any way, I think I am fine. Am I taking a risk? Maybe. I am
also taking a risk every time I drive back tired from Detroit. Life would
be boring without taking a risk from time to time... -- George
