Re talking vewmaster

There are two or perhaps even three types of talking viewmaster. At the
last meeting of the midland section of the UK stereoscopic society the
speaker demonstrated two types . The first which was apparently the earlier
model had a clear plastic grooved "flexidisc" atached coaxialy to the back
of the viewing disc. These apparently had problems and indeed he could not
get it to work. The second had the viewing and sound discs attached
seperately to a rectangular card which was slotted into the machine .This
he got to work after a bit of a struggle, but both sound discs were as
large as the visual discs and so larger than a dime which would seem to be
