I came across a camera that I would like to know more about and its value.

It is described as 

H Duplovich Paris 45 x 107 mm Stereo Camera
Twin Anastigmat Symetrique Verax f6.8 54mm lenses
Lever focus
Guiolltine shutter
Push Pull 12 plate magazine
with a bar with the words "non parmenta bruxelles"

Any help would be appreciated.
