How to?: 3d posters

Hi all,

I'd like to make twenty or so 3D anaglyph posters (11x17) for a 
theatrical production that I'm helping with.  It would have an anaglyph 
photo, play title, some credits.  It would probably have anaglyph 
glasses attached to the poster somehow.  Assuming one has the stereo 
pair photo, how would one go about this?  Has anyone done anything 
similar?  Time involved?  Cost?  Any info/advice would be appreciated.
