prints developed as slides

Could someone please give me pointers to what developers will
develope those one shot cameras and send them back as
slides.  I'm having a friend tape two one-shots together,
and I'm giving him one of my 2x2 viewers.  He's in canada, so
if there is any up there that would be best.  Does Dale's 
do the oneshots and could you please send be the address for
Dales in Florida.
