I think you're right. there are probably many of us who aren't really 
the collector type but who would enjoy viewing good copies of old 
stereo cards -- if the price were right. Hopefully, digital processes 
will one day make this possible. Then collectors could make a few 
bucks selling scanned cards over the net, and us teaming masses types 
could enjoy the unique perspective (pun intended) 3D gives to 
historical images without having to purchase originals.
