Since "stereo" implies "solid", it appears that you are interested in things
that are the reverse or inverse of stereo, as you mention later...

Well, if an object is rotating the reverse direction from the way a clock
rotates, we say it's rotating "anticlockwise" or "counterclockwise".

So - "antistereo", or "counterstereo" - take your pick. :-)
(Or what's wrong with "reverse stereo"?)
