Next Generation of 3D?

I'm not "up" on 3-D TV, but there was an interesting announcement in 
the Salt Lake Tribune this morning that some may want to see.  You 
can see it at http://www.sltrib.com/97/FEB/03/ttm/20275424.htm.  The 
headline reads "S.L. COMPANY GIVES BIRTH TO NEXT GENERATION OF 3-D", 
with the subheadline, "A Salt Lake Company is introducing a new 
generation of 3-D viewing technology"

The article deals with a presentation made at a trade show, I believe 
in Las Vegas, and it includes a photo of a man wearing LCD goggles.
