****  This is an interesting observation. I think it is the result of the
viewed image vs. expectations. We are more used to placing our faces close
to that which we want to see better and the use of magnifying glasses, but
not used to enlarging our head to better view distant hills. It is a very
similar process, but less familiar in the doing. My point is that exploring
a range of phenomena increases ones facility at interpreting them. It gets
easier with practice.
