I did the calculation for how much you run the lenses
in if you're myopic and posted it to P3D some time back.
Even for severe myopia (-6?), it was surprising how little
the lenses moved.  There was not a significant decrease
in the operating focal length of the red button's lenses,
for instance.  If I were smart enough to run Bob's search
engine, I'd find it for you.
