Michael Kersenbrock <michaelk@xxxxxxxxxxx> asked about film longevity.

There is a well-known book that addresses these topics, although I haven't
seen it myself.  Some of the popular photo magazines would have had articles
at the time the book came out.  One of its stories was about rapid fading of
a color print paper that Kodak used to print a lot of wedding photos.
