When 3d expo arrived at my place I was blown away by the medium format
slides. Nothing, and I mean nothing, had the visual impact of that 
format. There may have been a few pictures that were better for the 
subject matter (but not very many). Even those could not compare with
the 2 1/4 views for impact.

I was so impressed, I have started making my own viewer. I am about
60% of the way to having a working model and already I have envisioned
improvements. I have access to an old Yashica twin lens and will be 
taking some test shots in the next few days to calibrate the viewer.
This thread could not have come at a better time. I hope it goes on 
for a while yet. 

Let's hear from a few of you about picture taking challenges and tips.
And problems with viewer construction.
