NSA Convention Survey - Talk To Me

Speaking of NSA Conventions, as part of my continuing therapy I am
contributing to Mary Ann Sell's excellent efforts to re-create a
Convention Handbook to ensure continuously great NSA Annual
Conventions well into the coming milennium. In order to best serve
the needs of future NSA Conventioners, I want to perform a customer
survey, if you will.

I want to hear from NSA members who have been to an NSA Convention
and have gotten steamed or frustrated about something.  Anything,
whether the Banquet food, or a particular slide show ("Here kitty,
here Lucky") or the walk or the parking, Trade Fair too big :-)
whatever. Badge design, type of badge holder, type of glasses,
souvenirs, programs, ANYTHING! Did you ever find yourself saying
"I'd like to talk to the idiot who was in charge of this!"? Here's
your chance! :-)  Maybe you can help keep it from happening again.
But if you don't tell me, it may never change.

By the same token, I also would like comments from satisfied
customers.  If there was some aspect of one Convention that was
better than you saw elsewhere or you thought was just great and
want to see again, let me know.  Same as above, whether badges ,
glasses, food, tours, you name it. This can also be favorite slide
shows or favorite workshops.  For instance I'd like to see Highway
America again someday, as well as the Harold Lloyd's Hollywood show
I saw in Milwaukee, but I much prefer the Disney-style glasses from
Atlanta and Rochester to the cardboard ones from Ft.Wayne and
Milwaukee.    Anything.

These are our conventions, so if they don't come out the way we
like, whose fault is it? Your input could help make future
Conventions even more spectacular!

BTW, due to my generally full schedule, I will not be able to make
individual responses.  I'm just gonna collect the information, then
report the information to Mary Ann, probably in the form of a list
of suggestions or considerations for future Convention organizers
included with the rest of the Coordinator's notes.
