I looked it up in the great reference of stereo cameras, Prof. Werner
Weiser's book "Stereo Cameras Since 1930"  (this great book is now for SALE
FROM DALIA... check it out!)

The closest I could find is:

Sounds simple, only 3 apertures and 1/50 speed (plus B)
Lenses 45 mm f8/fixed focus
Image size Realist with 34 mm lens interocular (hypo-effect)
(much more and 3 pictures are included in the book)

Sounds like a nice collectible to me...
