I believe you are talking about the two metal clips and not screws,  Ron
Zakowski sells replacement clips or clips and ("generic" - missing logo)
shade. Clips are I think $5 a pair pp.  $15 plus shipping for the set.
Call to verify. (Ron's number: 414-566-2323)

It is quite possible that two small bakelite tabs are broken of the lens
cover.  If this is the case, you will not be able to attach it back to the
body.
