My guess is, since it's long out of print, you would have to check the
second hand market. It does not go into any deep technical aspects of
3D but rather covers the history of 3D, especially from the 50's to
early 80's very well. Makes for entertaining and at the same time 
educational reading and it is sprinkled liberally with alot of nice 3D
pictures. Highly recommended.
