As mentioned, they are 386 (should be easy to remember for computer
types!). I found them at Wal-Mart (I think I remember it takes
3 of them - is that right?). 

Al Lewis found that his sucked down the batteries so fast
that he made a VERY nice looking hand bracket/battery holder so he
can use bigger (I forget - "AA" size?) ones. (Those of you with
his viewers know about Al's woodworking skills...).
