Keystone Opthalmic Tele-Binocular

I am wondering if anyone has any history on a viewer I have called a
"KEYSTONE OPTHALMIC TELE-BINOCULAR." I think it was used by doctors for
figuring out depth perception for eye patients. It is made of heavy metal
with a huge pedestal base. The "card holder" is on a thick metal slide with
"ruler" markings for measuring the length of the cards away from the lens
hood. It has superb lenses. Both the lens hood and "spine" are movable
with locking screws. There is also a "head rest" above the lens hood which
moves in and out for the comfort of the person looking into the viewer. It
is entirely black in color. One of these days, I'll take a photo of it and
post it on my website for everyone to see. Any history on this unusual
viewer would be appreciated including how old it might be, rarity, and
anything else since I've never seen another like it.
