These help you to orient your Realist on a slide bar when you
take close up shots with close-up lenses. First calculate what 
your stereo base should be, then you frame your subject matter 
through the viewfinder, then slide your Realist over so that the
Tripod socket is half the stereo base to the left of the mark,
Take your first exposure, (with the right lens capped), then slide the
camera over so that the wind release is half the stereo base is to the
right of the mark.
