Oh wow, I have seen the magazines for sale at Rochester this past summer,
but didn't go through the whole pile. Yes they were nice and no I didn't
buy any of the issues. But if I had seen the one you describe above, I
would have bought that one, since I am from Montreal! Did you happen to
buy the magazines? And if yes, would you consider selling me the Montreal
issue? You can reply to me direct and not tie up P3D at 3-d@xxxxxxx
FYI, Mayor Drapeau is long retired and actually it was he that transformed
Montreal into the 21st century. He was also responsible for cleaning up
Montreal's seedy nightclub scene in the 50's and getting a modern underground
subway system built. Expo 67 and the 76 Olympics are also attributed to him.
That and the big debt incurred from the Olymics. The Place Ville Marie
building entailed major changes in the landscape of the downtown core.
Now back to regular scheduled programming! (3D that is)
