A historical footnote: I had the honor of purchasing at the Stereo New =
England auction a Ted Lambert-made bar for mounting two cameras (not a =
slide bar, but one measured for different lens separations). There's a =
bubble level attached to the back. Indeed, until I determine how I'll =
twin a set of cameras, this object *is* a big bubble level. Or, of =
course, a weapon far more destructive than any mere camera.
