MORE on the search for 2-d to 3-d conversions

thanks to those who have responded so far.  i have converted 3-d using
Photoshop.  it works best with already 3-d images that are separated and the
colors manipulated...however, the process i am interested starts with a 2-D
image and manipulates the images with TRUE roundness.  the images from the
STAR WARS lenticulars which I previously mentioned (on the NEW VISION
TECHNOLOGY pages) are fine examples of what i'm trying to accomplish.  the
images were originally flat and have been manipulated to a very true 3-d
"CROSS EYED" image.  once you would get to the twin separations, you could
do the anaglyph easily.  I'm trying to get an application what makes the
left/right seps.  thanks to all for more info here on Photo 3D.
