Some ways I know of, in no particular order:

1) Find a place that duplicates stereo slides in the "3-D Products and
services list" at http://www.3d-web.com/3dprod.htm (I found two
   listed).

2) Mount your Realist-format chips into 2x2 mounts (as sold by Reel-3d).
Any place that can dupe 35mm slides *should* be able to deal with this,
providing they don't need to remove the slide from the mount!

3) Buy a slide duplication stand and do it yourself. This may be
cost effective if you plan to duplicate a LOT of slides, but if
you're considering onesies and twosies, it won't be.

Copies are never as good as originals because of imperfections in the
optical system, color imbalance in the light used to illuminate the
slide, imperfections of the duplicating film stock, contrast gain, etc.

That being said, however, a second-generation copy can be nearly as
good as the original if proper care is taken (e.g. cleanliness) and
good equipment is used.
