This device was mentioned on S3D and I have received some requests of info -
here it is.

A quote from their brochure:

width, as accurate as the performations. Lowering handle cuts film chip to

Originally sold for $24-$28.  One was listed recently in Stereo World for
$100 and was sold.

I have always heard good reports about this cutter and especially about how
quickly it gets the job done.
