Interestingly enough, I spent part of this weekend mounting 4x5"
stereo slides. A small number us are working on a fledgling 4x5" stereo
slide circular folio.
For those not familiar, in a circular slide folio you get a box of
images in the mail. You critique the ones in the box, and then add
views of your own, and mail it to the next person on the list. When
it comes back around to you, you remove your previous views, critique
the (new) views others have added, and put in some new views.
As is typical, in our circuit, you need to provide your own means
of viewing the images. If you are used to it, you can cross-eye view
4x5 stereo pairs, which is what I did for my first entries. By the
time the folio comes around to me again, I hope to have a
Wheatstone-style
viewer built.
So in a way this is a "CFM" (Call For Masochists ;) who might be
willing to experiment in 4x5 stereo and share their results with
others who are also trying this out...
