Colour Ectachrome Film

I recently purchased 4 rolls of Kodak (E4) Colour Infrared Ectachrome slide
film. Has anyone ever tried stereo photos with this film? I will be
shooting with my twin Nikon FE rig. 

The main thing that I'm not sure of is which filters to use. I will try the
red 25A  filters that I use for shooting B&W infrared, but I think that
there are more options when using the colour film. I've read that dark
yellow filters are good.
