Slide Mounts: my experience

<< Reel 3D still had a few Albion mounts left for the Realist format only.
When
these are gone, what do I use?? I can hear Jon saying RBT mounts.
As I am, new in this game, could I get some other answers?
Thanks.

Dear Dr. Tim and others,
Last year, I did a cost analysis of three different glass mounting systems:
1. Albion masks between glass. 2. RBT mounts w/ anti-newton glass. 3.
EMDE mounts. (Being a cost accountant, I was in my element). The most
economical is the RBT by far. But what about quality results and ease of
use?
Once I figured out which adjustment to use for vertical alignment on slide
#1, the mounting for all the rest was a complete snap! ;-) For my Kodak
Stereo, the left pin-rail goes one way and the right pin-rail the other --
works for every shot. That means great consistency for an unlimited number
of slides. When you are mounting for projection, consistency is a _nice_
thing. :-)
It's also wonderful that I can open up the mount and reclose it so easily.
Sweetening that pair is so easy now. My only regret is I waited so long.
And wasted time, money, and stress on the cardboard mounts (which aren't
economical when I throw them away). And the price of RBT's has dropped a
dollar.
BTW, this is not a paid testimonial. I'm just a happy user with a lot of
slides, who projects in stereo. Easy to use; most economical; top quality
results .... what else is there?
