I know how you feel - when the local art museum had a night-time exhibition
of rare Chinese ceramics, I shot 97 rolls through my Realist, but in the
excitement I failed to notice that the main circuit breaker had blown, and
the room was in total darkness! Needless to say, all my pictures came out
blank. I guess in retrospect, I shouldn't have tried to wear the roller skates.
Now the museum has a big "NO 3D PHOTOGRAPHY" sign out front. The only positive
outcome is that the remaining ceramic pieces are much rarer and more valuable
than they were before.
But seriously folks, the "my film count is bigger than your film count" contest
is much better than the "who can post the most messages to P3D" contest we
had several months ago (unless it leads to excessively long slide shows).
I have no regular pattern of film use - if a really good opportunity comes
up I may shoot dozens of rolls in one day, then I may go months without
taking a picture. Reading P3D probably reduces the total number of pictures
I take, but perhaps it improves the quality of the ones I do take.
