Questions
>From the posting by Dr. T, all have seen that I did 2 rolls of stereo
stuff last year. I got the camera in September and did not shoot
until October and then I messed up the first roll. My first (and
only) real stereo work was done in November.
Anyhow, as I have posted on this net before, I am interested in close-
up work. If I get some work that is all right, I may enter into some
competition. But mainly, it is for me. Peoploe have told me all
about the macro Realist. If you would like me to borrow yours, I am
willing. BUT, as for purchases, I have major house-remodeling to do
this year. And, YES----it HAS to be done.
In an effort to do close-up work, I do have questions which I wish
you would respond to me personally and not on this net, unless, of
course, you feel everyone has to know.
#1--What are your feelings about the Teco-Nimslo??? I have read the
Nimslo postings over the past few months but want to know
specifically about this camera.
#2--What about a Revere and then adding portra lenses? Is it
possible to do the same sort of thing as with the Teco-Nimslo?
#3--Are portra lenses available for the Reslist? If so, how are they
used (distances, etc)?
#4--I asked a few months ago about shooting with a stereo microscope
and was referred to the Realist Manual, which I have but did not
realize that info was there. I read the chapter and the "direction"
mentioned the use of prisms. Where can I get such prisms and how do
I mount them on my Realist?
Thanks all for your info.
