Local NSA meet raided by stereo police

Ft.Worth-- A local NSA meet was under suspicion by
authorities yesterday. This reporter checked the stereo
police blotter to find the following entries:
Bob Shotsberger presented his fine twin camera slides to
an unsuspecting audience as he tried to project at
first in pseudo-stereo. This is being investigated.
Police suspect defective polarized glasses.
Rev. Bob Linnstaedt also presented a fine Realist format
RBT mounted slide show, well narrated and full of
information.
The Rev. is being questioned by higher authorities after
attempting to speed up a slide presentation by projecting
in 6d, deviously accomplished by doubling up on the slides
in the projector.
Tom Pettit presented his Viewmaster format reels of lasers
and is now under investigation for using actual lasers
pointed out of the screen.
Albert Pedulla projected his very nice Realist slides of
a trip to Italy, but was detained after the presentation
for trying to portray one of Italy's best loved towers as
actually leaning. It is suspected that severe camera tilt
is the culprit caused by a lack of a camera bubble level.
Bob Wier did a fine presentation of the Internet and Photo-3d.
Authorities questioned him after the meet though for trying to pass
off his "lateral lenticular" technique as being invented by
himself.
One vendor, Alan Lewis, was hauled in after the meet for
false advertising, trying to sell a Freeviewer's Assistant
that isn't "free" at all.

OK , who let this get onto the list. Where are our filters.
Seriously, I enjoyed the NSA Southwest region meet in Ft.Worth
yesterday.
There were quite a few Photo-3D list members there.
I have a difficult time remembering names sometimes, but I always
remember the person. We had a lot of "bench racing" going on, and
much was learned from one another. Geez, we're a great bunch of people!
There's still some room here in Texas for the rest of you.
Bob Wier showed some examples of his computer generated, dye sub
printed, stereo views. Wow, a lot of work (and creativity) went into
those views, everyone loved them. "Pool Table": neat!
