X and II : pref II - Additional Data?

Gabriel,

Go for it!. 

I do both, but slip into II more easily.

I _think_ the ease of parallel/cross-eyed viewing may be related to
short and long sight respectively. (due to the relative ease and 
requirement for divorcing accommodation and convergence in each case?)

I would like any evidence on this, so PLEASE.. can folks state 
whether they are short/long(UK), near/far(US) sighted, 
myopic/hypermetropic/presbyopic (pompous 8*) ) ?

I'm cc:ing this to P3D, as it is the middle of your night, so this 
_may_ get there before you could forward it.
