Beneath the Sea in 3-D

Hi All,

Although I know it was reviewed in Stereo World in the last issue,
I wanted to give a big "WOW!" to Mark Blum's book, _Beneath the Sea
in 3-D_.  With vivid, high-resolution stereo pairs and a built-in
hinged viewer, it was a very pleasant surprise to run across it in
a bookstore recently.  My kids think it's great as well. 

According to the Preface, the photos were taken with five different
custom stereo camera systems, one of which appears to have the unusual
distinction of being the world's only single-lens reflex, medium-
format, macro stereo camera.  The lens spacings range from 2mm to
38mm apart.  Wonderful pictures.
