Regular meetings?:  Third Wednesday of every month except October, when
                    an annual awards dinner occurs on a weekend night.
                    Optional dinner at 7:00pm, with meeting beginning at
                    8:00pm.  The meetings are held at the Chicago Athletic
                    Association Building, 12 S. Michigan Ave., in downtown
                    Chicago.

Short description of a typical meeting:
                    Those not having dinner (the majority) arrive about 8:00.
                    Members chat for awhile about any "toys" they may have
                    brought.  A short business meeting is then followed by the
                    competition or program for the night.  Projected slide
                    competitions for club members occur in odd-numbered months;
                    different programs occur in even-numbered months, such as
                    PSA stereo salons, club stereo sequence competition, or a
                    local ViewMaster presentation.

Membership fees:  $20 per year

Name of newsletter (if any): The Stereo Flash

Newsletter subscription fee: $8 or $9 (I am not sure, as it's included with the
                    club membership)

Number of non-members subscribing to newsletter:  Don't know.  There are some.

Other comments:     Historically, the club was founded in the 50's.  We host the
                    Lighthouse International Exhibition of Stereo Photography,
                    the oldest such exhibition in the world, and the only one
                    for charity.  Judges select about 200 slides out of about
                    400 submitted annually from around the world, and we give the
                    stereo slide shows at a couple of locations around Chicago
                    in May (email me if you want tickets!).
