Some people on this list use computers to do 3D. Some use 1950's stereo
cameras, some use twinned SLRs, some use RBTs, some use twinned medium-
format, some use Loreos, Nimslos, Nishikas, 'beamsplitters'...
Some like to work in anaglyph, some like color prints, some like b&w
prints, some like slides. Some like classic stereoview mounts, some
like over/under pairs with a ViewMagic viewer. Some like Realist format
slides, some like 7perf, some like separate 2x2s, some like half-frame.
And of course many use more than one of the above. Maybe all!
If you stick around here long enough, you will read about all of these
things, and many more. If something doesn't interest you, skip over it.
Or, better yet, read it, and if it doesn't interest you now, chances
are it might at some time in the future. 3D is a widely diverse set of
media, not a single medium. The list charter allows for discussion of
all of them... so please be tolerant of those whose interest doesn't
intersect with yours.
Yours in a more tolerant P3D,
-Greg W.
