We got our SW on Thursday and were the first to call!!!  He was vastly
surprized that they "misplaced" his add.  Looks like he's gonna have a
big problem for awhile.  The great thing is, this almost NEVER happens,
and Rick's ad happened to be the "fluke".  Too bad  such an "promising"
ad was such a mistake.
