Re: RBT "Mask" for Cardboard Mounts

I loved the tip about cutting the bottom off an RBT mount to use as a 
mask for mounting in the much-less-expensive cardboard.

But I'm handy-challenged.  Can someone tell me what to use to cut the 
bottom off the RBT mount?
