I used an X-acto knife, but any scissors will do. I just cut the
bottom out of the window frame. This leaves the structural integrity
of the mount but lets you use tape to secure the film chip to the
cardboard, and makes it easy to square the RBT mount to the
cardboard. Looking down at the RBT mount, I position the film
chips just as they would be in a viewer, then flip the RBT mount
flush against what will be the inside of the cardboard mount
(at this point the emulsion side is facing you). The bottom
of the cardboard mount can be folded up at 90 degrees to give
a good surface for squaring the RBT mount. Tape down the
bottom of the film, then hold the bottom of the film chips
as you pull away the RBT mount. Finally, fold the cardboard
shut and seal with either tape or glue (I use plain white glue
which I pray does not damage the film!).

Happy mounting,
Harold
