Which Viewer for Well-endowed Man?

Now that I've gotten your attention... :-)
Actually it's my well-endowed forehead and nose that causes the problem.
The way that I'm anatomically configured, my forehead protrudes way beyond
my eyeballs, and I cannot see even a full 5p slide in my Kodaslide II.
Admittedly, it's just the corners that are lopped off, but a 7p modification
would be a complete waste of money for me. The fact that the viewer has a
flush-to-the-front section between the lenses keeps me from getting the
lenses any closer than about an inch (25 mm) from my eyes. This section
then bangs me on the forehead and won't go any further. My nose has no
recess at the top to tuck the viewer against either, it starts as far
forward as the forehead and leaps out from there.
I can't tip the viewer down to at least bring the lower part of the lens
surrounds to rest on my cheekbones because the space provided for the noses
of ordinary humans is not nearly wide enough to accomodate mine.
View-Masters do not present this problem, since they have individual lens
barrels which can both clear the proboscis and drop under the caveman
forehead. Unfortunately the VMs I've modified for Realist-format still have
those long (42mm? 45mm?) focal lengths, so the image size suffers.
I can certainly empathize with all the glasses-wearers out there, but I'd
much prefer to see my slides than to be empathetic.
What is a good viewer to seek out? I have seen the Radex and thought my
troubles were over, but that isn't a Realist-format. Are there any
Realist-format viewers available which offer short f.l. achromats, internal
illumination, focusing capabilities AND separate lens barrels? Reel-3D's
Reference Guide shows several viewers with what looks like the proper
external configuration, but not all the features.
Is there a solution or do I need to buy a pair of those Revere lenses fron
Dr. T and build my own? Or do I need cranial-reduction surgery? :--)
Thanks in advance,
Bill Davis
P.S. Money IS an option. I've got a mortgage, car payment, utility bills and
an upcoming Disney World visit all fighting for a piece of the family
budget, so that $600 beauty I tried in Atlanta is out of the question. The
$600 viewer, I mean. :--)
